To charge, at all, for a summary of a book is ridiculous...the idea of a summary is for you to decide if you want to buy the WHOLE book...no one would want to purchase just 30 mins. I am now being given the runaround upon me requesting a refund.

I did not see that this was a summerised version of the book. I was looking for the CV complete book, not just bits of it. Not enough explanation in the description of the product
