About the author

Bill Berman is an executive coach with experience as a psychologist, senior line manager, and organizational consultant. Since founding Berman Leadership Development in 2005, he has been a trusted advisor to general managers and C-suite executives across multiple industries. George B. Bradt is cofounder and chairman of the executive onboarding group PrimeGenesis. He has coauthored eleven books on leadership and onboarding, including The New Leader's 100-Day Action Plan, and has written over 750 columns for Forbes.com. Zac Aleman is a narrator from Jacksonville, Florida. He speaks English and Spanish natively and has a great ear for dialects and accents.
