Throughout a long writing career, he drew on his own medical background, his travels, and his increasing interest in spiritualism and the occult to produce a spectacular array of Gothic tales. Originally from Ireland, Gary Furlong has worked as a teacher in Niigata, Japan; a puppeteer in Prague; an improv artist in Memphis; and a festival performer in Ireland. Now an AudioFile Earphones Award-winning narrator, Gary has recorded over 100 titles in a variety of genres.
