Gay-Contemporary author, Gregory A. Kompes (MFA, MS Ed.), has written Circuitous Course, Suddenly Psychic, Messages from The Three Sisters, Sky Pirates, First Dimension, The Broadway Series: Tamburlaine, The Middle Man, Flash Mob, and the bestselling 50 Fabulous Gay-Friendly Places to Live. He is included in over a dozen anthologies, including Chicken Soup for the Soul: What I Learned from the Dog. Gregory is the founder of The Writer Workshop in Savanna, GA and offers classes, workshops, and events to help writers improve their craft. He also served as a Subject Matter Expert for Southern New Hampshire University's MFA program where he teaches courses in the Business of Writing, Editing and Coaching, and Audience Building for authors. In addition to writing and teaching, Gregory also has walked the Via de La Plata route of the Camino de Santiago, served as president of the Henderson Writer's Group--the largest writer critique group in Nevada and hosts of the Las Vegas Writer's Conferinence-and toured the US and the Far East for many years as a bass player in the pits for Broadway shows. Gregory holds a BA in English Literature from Columbia University, New York, a B. Msc. in Metaphysics from Sedona University, a Certificate in Online Teaching and Learning, an MS Ed. from California State University, East Bay, and an MFA in Creative Writing from National University.
