As a life-long Alaskan, Hank Lentfer is familiar with much of the country Richard Nelson wrote about. A biologist by training, Lentfer currently works as a recordist and part-time land steward for The Nature Conservancy. He is the author of Faith of Cranes: Finding Hope and Family in Alaska, and lives in Gustavus, Alaska.
Basil Sands is an award-winning narrator working between the Chugach Mountains and Pacific Ocean in Anchorage, Alaska. A former US Marine, he has also been a logger, carpenter, scoutmaster, wilderness rescue medic, senior IT guy, and novelist, and was a minister for over twenty-five years.
