These work, you must do them consistently until the message is absorbed into your subconscious. It took a week of bedtime "sessions" for me. Just pop in your ear buds, relax and go to sleep. Your subconscious will take it from there. You will actually notice a change within a few days. Pleasant and soothing voice. Your subconscious will take it from there. You will actually notice a change within a few days. Pleasant and soothing voice. I wasn't sure at first, but actually it may work! It helps me fall into a good restful sleep, and relax like I've never relaxed before. I've gotten used to it in the recording now, and I don't fall asleep as fast, wish he had more weight loss options. Looked at others offered on here and was very disappointed.

Complete & total waste of money. All it does is go on & on about how losing weight with self hypnosis is great. No clues how to go about it. Do not waste your money like I did
