Use the audio three different ways: 1) Be mentally programmed in your home or office while sitting down and doing other things such as working at a computer or reading. 2) Use it as closed-eye meditative programming. 3) Use it as sleep programming. Simply listen as you go to sleep.To Use With Your Eyes Closed: Lie down, do a couple minutes of deep breathing, close your eyes and simply listen to the program. This audio program can be used as sleep programming in which you simply listen as you fall asleep. Or you can awaken at the end of a closed-eye session by counting yourself up from one to five and saying the words, "Wide awake, wide awake," several times.To Use With Your Eyes Open: Play the audio program at home or in the office while you're sitting down doing other things such as working at a computer, reading, etc. The volume should be loud enough for you to hear the suggestions, but not so loud as to be distracting. If you turn off the program before awakening at the end, BE SURE TO FULLY AWAKEN YOURSELF. This will be best accomplished by counting yourself up as you would from a deep meditation. Dick Sutphen was a psychic researcher, past-life therapist, prolific author, and popular speaker. He began his career offering his metaphysical seminars in the late 196s around Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Sedona, Arizona, and since then over 25, people have attended one of his Sutphen Seminars, retreats, or workshops. He authored 25 books, including the million-copy bestseller You Were Born Again to Be Together, and he was the first person to put hypnosis programming on audio for sale, creating over 9 audio products between 1976 and 211. Dick appeared on hundreds of radio and television shows, including the Phil Donahue Show, Good Morning America, and Tom Snyder's Tomorrow Show-where he conducted the first televised past-life regression. He also spoke regularly at festivals and professional organizations, bringing his wisdom to hundreds of thousands of faithful followers of his works. A leader in the field of hypnosis, Dick was honored with many awards throughout his career, including an honorary lifetime membership to the International Hypnosis Federation and the Lifetime Achievement Humanitarian Award presented by the Hypnotherapy Academy in May 219. Dick passed away on September 1, 22, and is survived by his wife, Roberta, and their Lhasa apso puppies.
