Orphaned Isabel Fitzhugh is fourteen when she first comes to Wolvesley by the sea, traveling with her cousin to see her wed to the formidable Liam MacTavish. Rebecca Ruger is the founder and former editor of Glassing Magazine, the first-ever print periodical all about sea glass and beach glass (which she sold in 2018, and is now called BeachCombing Magazine). She is the author of several Scottish Highlander medieval series.
