Death Stranding, Vol. 1: The Official Novelization

They should have probably had the person who was narrating this book play The Game First that way he didn't make everybody sound like they were whispering in soft-spoken voices. dead man definitely was not soft spoken neither did die hard man. If he actually would have played the game he would have known these things. He also would have been able to pronounce all their names correctly. he usually does a good job, But this narration hes obviously clueless on death stranding And just reading lines. He makes every character sound exactly the same all whispering and speaking in slow motion like you're talking to moron's. Even if he didn't want to play The Game he could have watched a cut to movie of The Game and got a Feel for each character's personality and vocal mannerisms. In my opinion He did a disservice to this narration and could have been so much better based on his previous works if all he would have done is put a little effort into research

Love the game and now these books!!! Bronson Pinchot has been a fantastic and favorite Narrator on audible so I was HIGHLY pleased to see he narrated these books. Couldn't ask for a better man to narrate this amazing mind bending and mind blowing world. Play the game if you haven't but wait for ps5/pc release. And play past chapter 3 before making any judgements, please. You'll miss out on one hell of an experience. And DO NOT SKIP CUT SCENES PLEASE. Those also make the game make sense.
