This audiobook was a sweet sexy romance about a cute girl, Emily, her single mom, Maggie, and firefighter Reggie Morgan. Reggie’s past has left him uninterested in pursuing love again, but what happens when he answers a call of a hit and run? A call where he assists Emily, and unconscious Morgan. From that moment on feelings and a relationship develops. Will they be able to overcome the past hurts and find their HEA, or will the past keep them apart? If like me you have not listen/read the previous stories in the series, do not worry. It is definitely a stand alone. I would like to add that the narrator, Tatiana Sokolove, did a very good job with the various characters , male and female, voices.
