The only Pro I can say is that the voice narration is well paced, has inflection in appropriate places, and has a quality that doesn't show faults on delivery. The Cons however start from the premise of the narrative. The story is a bit difficult to follow and pretty gothic, too much for liking, and eventually becomes predictably bland after intense descriptions over and over. I didn't feel a connection to the main character on the emotional level, as I feel all the gothic representation hinges on the fact that the character is either deeply emotional/hurt, which seems to me that I was dropped in the middle of a story without the buildup. It may be possible that I am not the target audience, but there seems to be a human element that is missing here that I couldn't cling to in my listening.

The author does an excellent job of descriptive writing. The voice narration was inticing and well paced. However, the plot of the story was not strong and a bit difficult to follow. Overall, I admire the descriptive writing style of this author. My feedback suggests building a stronger story foundation.

The authors description of the scenes and the characters is excellent. It puts the listener firmly in the scene and the descriptions are really thought provoking. Throughout the narration is well paced and she does a great job at portraying different characters. The story can be hard to follow at times and it is a dark plot. With the dark plot which is not normally my thing I still enjoyed listening.
