Remember, if we are growing, we attract others who are growing, which puts us in a position to start building a community of like-minded people who can help each other succeed because none of us and nobody gets to live life backward. So, let’s look ahead as that is where our future lies.
As innovative leaders, we should set out to make a difference. It’s never about the role, but always about the goal. Good leadership is about walking beside people and helping them to climb up the hill with us.
