Andrei Chjikatilo is one of the most beastly and inhumane serial killers in history. Gray and mediocre Soviet teacher, between 1978 and 1990 he massacred, dismembered and partly devoured more than 50 people. His victims include children, women, men, boys and girls. The Rostov butcher in fact chose his victims at random, for no apparent reason other than to satisfy his blind and bestial fury.

For twenty years he moved undisturbed taking advantage of the crisis of the Soviet Union, leading an anonymous life, insinuating himself between the folds of a system in total decay.
