About the author
Johnathan Cranford is a level two CrossFit trainer and a former USA boxing coach. Like many great authors of past generations, Johnathan is also a raging addict. His book The Sugar Demons: An Addicts Guide to Conquering Sugar Addiction dives into his struggle with the white substance that holds most of us in its grips.
Joe Knezevich holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in acting from Florida State University. A frequent guest on the Alliance Stage, he has acted in regional theater productions throughout the US. In addition to his work on the stage, Joe has appeared in dozens of film and TV projects.
