This book is horribly written. The author makes the assumption that you already know about industry terms, despite this booking being on the topic of basic AirBNB investing. The chapter that speaks about safety issues makes reference to a "terrible tragedy" where 5 people died, yet NEVER explains what happened. The whole chapter is talking about an event that they don't bother to describe at all. This smacks of self-publishing. The author suggests we "talk to our CPA" instead of explaining concepts, and repeatedly goes off on a bad checkout experience that they had. I was really hoping to learn from this book, but there is just not much here.
