Highly recommended. I did the course of this audiobook nearly 30 years ago and repeated it over twice a dozen times. I have read every book I could find by Jose Silva and the trainings be it written, on audio or in bookform or live. By far, this course has had the most profound positive impact on my life and wellbeing. Being that this audio book includes all of the material covered in a course that otherwise takes up 3 days or two weekends, take your time to go through all the exersizes and repeat once in a while. It's priceless, if you take the time for it. May be best happen to all concerned.

So I just purchased the 12 hour Audiobook but every time I go to play it all I get is a one hour introduction
