February 14, 2021 I was able to get a preorder discount from the author on this collection of Capital City Characters which was published on December 1, 2020. I was not familiar with K.C. Sivils prior to reading this collection but he has moved to the top of my list. No better way to get through a cold, snowy winter's day than wrapped up on the couch, with hot cocoa and my dog as I meet another of these awesome characters. This truly is Hardboiled Noir from the Future. I loved it. This is on
