I've always been fascinated by the mental aspect in sports, music, and personal development. I'm a firm believer that we can train our minds, just as we train the muscles in our bodies to grow stronger and more adept. When I was in competitive athletics during high school and college, I felt mentally weaker than my peers. There is quite a lot to learn from this book. I have been reading it and so far, it has taught me how to maintain my mental strength. I have turned out to be a great and self programmed person all because of this book. I really wish there was a to tip the writer of this book, (s)he really did a great job and yes, I highly recommend this book. This is the self-help guide you need.

Wonderful book....😍I love the information she is presenting but the cussing. I’m not a genteel person by any stretch of the imagination but there seriously is no need for so much. A few well placed words to make a point or for humor can make a book like this much more tolerable but she swears just for the sake of swearing. I couldn’t get past the first few chapters.
