Very simple and clear instructions to follow. I have tried so many other means of weight loss unsuccessfully but with this guide I didn't need to stress about making a big change with routine or diet. You can just incorporate your regular diet and tune it into something healthier, which makes it easier to follow. On the side of fitness, thank you for making a simpler workout plan for people that don't really have the time to go to the gym. I'm on towards a successful weight loss journey.
