Every day that passed became a challenge with new things to face, driven by that instinct of wanting to do something, typical of those who grew up in a certain type of family. I was sixty years old, every moment was a point of reflection, and people in general, the subjects to compete with, the best were my favorites, but not because they were weaker. Each profession initially and exclusively gave away an identification card, which allowed us to know in which domain it ran, and the general opinion as to whether it was good or half-assed, we would only learn later with the knowledge and errors manifested. But by looking carefully, it was possible to notice the educational level, the principles and values that inspired him, paying attention to the culture, personality, family of origin and place of origin, as well as the friends he frequented. Vices and bad habits would never have been lost or abandoned, we were full of careerists, opportunists, exploiters, bad guys, envious people, loafers, greedy, classists, ostentatious, crafty, they were all children of the same mother, they recognized each other by their attitude, only guilty of having given birth to them, but unwantedly, an inevitable accident along the way, which no one would have been able to remedy. And many fought with these subjects, trying daily to prevail and win but it would have been an unequal battle, because the price to be spent would have been high, without any certainty that the investment produced would have returned a good profit. It was then that I refined the new technique of behavior without combat, against empty, worthless subjects, who had and were worth nothing, no particular dedication to offer and whose only response would have been to manage the ignorant people, a good reason to avoid them, a good reason to know they didn't exist. In this book I want to tell you where these people operate, but don't be scared if I tell you that they are everywhere, with their usual actions, that this type of person does not change or modify, even making a career, without knowing the rules, pretending to forget, good at taking revenge, using lies, spending well, sellers and flatterers alike, but also willing to sell the Bear's skin before having captured it. The aim to be achieved is worth any sacrifice and/or price, because by mindset they must always excel, on everyone's shoulders, on everyone's skin, these are the people who have lost many things, including their value.

Born in Italy, Ferdinando is an author who has been able to invent a unique writing style, capable of capturing the essence of human experiences through deep reflections and shrewd observations. His career began in 1985 as a sales assistant at Gillette Italy, where he held various roles until becoming Top Manager in 2003. In 2004, Ferdinando embarked on a new adventure as a freelancer, business consultant and executive director, traveling to over 65 countries and learning several languages to facilitate cross-cultural communication. Since 2018, she has been collaborating with humanitarian organizations in South America and Africa, helping to help populations in need. In 2020, she created the website “Universe al Feminine” to offer sentimental advice online. The real breakthrough came in 2021, when he started sharing stories with friends on WhatsApp. What seemed like a casual activity has become a life project: to become an author. Ferdinando has developed and perfected a new type of writing, which detaches itself from the traditional schemes of the novel to offer a more intimate and authentic reading experience. To date, he has published over 400 works between Kindle and print versions, translated into nine languages, which offer readers a sincere look at human experiences, intertwining humor and seriousness. Many readers, after reading his books, wonder: “Is it all true? When did that happen?” Ferdinando manages to transform his personal experiences into universal teachings, making each book a source of inspiration and reflection. It is not just stories, but an invitation to stop, think and see the world in a new light. Ferdinando lives with his wife and three adult children, always looking for new places in the world to find inspiration.
