What is lust?

Lust means a strong desire for anything. For instance, you have a strong desire for sexual pleasure, food, money, the accumulation of property and any material goods.

Lust is the biggest enemy of a man. It leads a man to the door of hell.

Lust destroys your mind, intellect, conscience, knowledge and wisdom. It throws you into the dark dungeon of ignorance. It makes you blind and forces you to commit a sinful act and a crime in your life.

Hence, you have to save yourself from lust.

You can save yourself from lust when you realize your true self and when you regulate your senses.

However, if you unable to curb your lust, it will ruin your entire life. Therefore, conquer your lust before it will wreck your beautiful life.
