About this audiobook

This book consists of two titles, which are the following:

Book 1: Too many people are too hard on themselves. Too many people lack a sense of identity.

Today, we will help solve these problems for you. Who you think you are and who you really are, may be two completely different things. In this book, we will go over the essence of self-love, what it means, what it can mean to you in your personal life, your relationships, and so many other areas. Some guidance will include the seven most effective steps to love yourself more, the big dilemma with balancing out self-sacrifice and serving oneself, and how you might be undermining your own self-love.

Do you want more self-esteem, more self-love, or more self-respect?

Book 2: There are many false myths about the concept of self-love. Some people may believe that self-love is close to narcissism, or that it is related to accomplishments and pride. Others might erroneously assume that it is sinful, an excuse, or a sense of entitlement. Today, we will clear all of these false notions up.

We will also dive deeper into the concept of self, seen through psychologists’ perspectives, and we will touch on how self-love can contribute to better parenting skills. Lastly, some words about self-confidence, the lack of it, and techniques to grow it, will be shared.

Learn more about yourself and your psyche today.

It looks as if we are dealing with a pro here. The storyteller's presentation was to die for. Not only did this audiobook seem like it was excellent quality, but it also taught me essential things about daily life, and about this topic in particular, obviously. So, it absolutely deserves a few hard-earned stars. I've observed that some books are basically garbage, and this grieves me. However, this particular book did not follow that pattern. It's actually really good. So, I like it.

5 stars! Without a doubt the greatest thing that's happened to me this weekend. 5 stars! Without a doubt the greatest thing that's happened to me this weekend. The very best parts of this book (I forgot which chapters) meant the most to me. When I heard these things, I quickly knew I had actually made the best option. This book talked to me.

This manual deserves a big, fat 5-star review. In my perspective, it was pretty great. There might just have been a couple of barely detectable mistakes in there, but they did not trouble me. Whenever you can listen to a storyteller who is this great, and about a concept that you have an interest in, you do not care about the rest. That's the end of the that. The narrator's voice was simply relaxing. Did I already point out that it appeared to be really professional? It did. Without a doubt, and that's exactly why I loved listening to it so much.
