I love it!!! It really helps a lot, I've been listening this for the past 2 weeks and in someway it cured my insomnia and I had a really bad relationship with my body before also thise healed that and now I feel encourage to excercise and I'm eating better and better, I love his voice, so relaxing and the affirmations, thank you, it really works!!!
