The Secret

4.5 rounded to 5 Single dad romance is one of my favorite tropes. Add in a nanny, forced proximity, and adorable heartwarming scenes between the main characters and kids, an adorable infant in this case, and you have a winner. I loved watching billionaire and lifelong bachelor, Murray navigate fatherhood and his attraction to Kit. I loved watching him fall in love with the infant daughter he didn't know about, and the nanny his sister's picked out for him....with a bit of an ulterior motivr. Murray's meddling family and friends added even more. They brought a dose of humor and plenty of comebacks and witty banter. A well-written plot with the perfect dose of spice this one had me instantly hooked The audiobook was smooth and brought the story to life with dual narration.

audiobook review I loved this book and can't wait to listen to the rest of the boys and their lovers. The whole set up not only included some of my favorite tropes (single dad, forced proximity, age gap) but i also got some of that connection that you get when two characters were written beautifully flaws and all and the narrators did a great job in showcasing their skills and the great writing by this author.

My first Lulu Moore book, and it was such a treat! This book was swimming in tropes that I tend to gobble right up, and Lulu wove them all together in a story equal parts sexy and sweet. Grumpy/sunshine, surprise secret dad (ala a secret baby), an amazing cast of secondary characters (whose stories I hope I get to dive into), some forced proximity, and so much chemistry.
