About the author
Twelve years ago, Marie Cosgrove was a single mother of four children when she was fired from balanceback because she "made too much" in commissions. Two years later, she bought balanceback, which is now the world's leader in fall prevention and concussion, brain, and balance disorder diagnostic and treatment devices.
Joana Garcia is a retired military officer with twenty years of active duty under her belt. She spent most of her adult life fixing fighter jets on aircraft carriers as a US Navy aviation maintenance officer. Her warm, rich, and graceful voice can be heard in over sixty titles in multiple genres, fiction and nonfiction.
