A very informative guide for fitness and physical wellness. Very detailed instructions and explanations are provided. I was able to easily understand and follow the instructions, thanks to the simple and relevant language. I have been practicing and following the exercises in the guide and I am halfway into achieving my fitness goals. I have been feeling very light and pleasant ever since I started working out. Usually, through other sources of exercises, I easily got distracted and could not be consistent about my workouts. But that wasn't the case with the Home Workout guide. I was easily able to keep myself consistent with the aid of the very informative content giving insights over why and how it is necessary to keep ourselves fit in different ways possible with factual pointers providing more than enough knowledge over why we are to exercise the way we are guided to. I am still using this guide and will continue to use it for a long time till I have mastered the fitness goals set by the guide and I have also recommended this guide to several of my colleagues and friends. It is a very helpful and insightful guide for fitness on whole.
