Emily Oliphant’s life finally seems to be settling down. Her new boyfriend Jake has joined her on the farm, they are looking forward to starting their life together, and her financial security seems safe and sound. They both love the peace and tranquillity of the setting of Emily’s beloved old cottage, which had been reduced to rubble by her deceased husband. Jake suggests they rebuild it – it will be a big job, but a good project for them: a potential business for Emily, and a good advertisement for his building company. Their plans and the building progress well. But where Emily is involved, life doesn’t tend to run smoothly for long. 作者简介

Fiona McCallum is a full-time novelist based in Adelaide, South Australia. She writes heart-warming journey-of-self-discovery stories that draw on her life experiences, love of animals and fascination with the power and support that comes from strong friendships.

Jennifer Vuletic is an Australian actress, singer and NIDA graduate from the class of 1984. She has enjoyed a varied career travelling all over Australia and the world, and has toured internationally with the hit show Mamma Mia!, playing the role of Tanya. She also performed in Menopause The Musical, The Women of Troy and Jerry Springer: The Opera. She has recorded audiobooks for over 24 years and has won numerous awards for her narrations, including the Trish Trinick Award for The God of Small Things.
