This workbook is incredibly well-structured. This book is literally all about me. It was very hard to read some parts as this book does a great job going into extreme detail about an avoidant's thoughts and patterns. I had no idea I had this attachment style until recently when I started dating again after years of being single. Now I know why. And now it’s time to heal.
