About this audiobook

Do any of these scenarios feel familiar?

Do you sometimes feel like you "flunked" childhood and it was all your fault?

Feel like you have to walk around on eggshells when you are around your mother?

Find you have crushing, low self-worth and never feel good enough after being in her presence?

Often get emotionally triggered and feel deflated after connecting with her?

Hey my friend. I see you, you are not alone...

It is certainly not easy having a narcissistic mother. In fact, the knock-on effect can be utterly devastating for many, let alone the long-term and psychological damage it can cause. If any of the above feelings ring true to you, you might wonder what you can do to cope with a narcissistic parent...

You might sink lower every time you contact her - questioning all your decisions, value, worth, and self-esteem as she subtly or overtly quashes them.

Or worse, thinking you can change her...

Look, I get it.

Here's a little sneak preview of what you’ll get:

- 8 Ways Narcissistic Mothers Neglect Affected Your Life as an ADULT

- How the Narcissistic Mother causes CPTSD

- 7 Strategies For Letting Go Of A Narcissistic Mother

- How to Set Boundaries

- How To Cut Ties and Go No Contact

- How to get out of a trauma bond with your parent

- 8 Things Your Narcissistic Mother Might Do When You Cut Off All Contact

- Anger after Narcissistic Abuse - Why Can't I Let It Go?

- How Narcissistic Mothers Gaslight Their Daughters

If you’re ready to truly make a change, if you’re ready to feel empowered and grounded no matter who is in your life or what family background you come from, this is the book that’s going to help you get there.

The narrator's detailed description of our thought patterns and behaviors makes some passages intense to hear. I had no idea how deeply this relationship style affected me until I started dating after years of being single. Now I understand why, and it's time to heal. The sections on setting boundaries are particularly helpful, offering practical strategies I've begun to implement.

I love the way this book is structured. I've been in therapy for years (which I recommend to everyone) and have tried various resources over time, but THIS one is truly enlightening, and I look forward to my sessions with it. The content is very applicable, and the advice given is not exaggerated like in other books I've encountered, making it easier for anyone to connect instantly with the material instead of trying to relate to far-fetched scenarios.

This book has been a game-changer for me. It provides practical strategies to set boundaries and protect oneself from emotional abuse, especially from narcissistic mothers. The steps are clear and actionable, helping me recognize toxic patterns and how to effectively deal with them. It's not just theoretical; I've already implemented several techniques with great success. After finishing it, I passed it on to a friend who needed similar guidance. Highly recommend!
