the best guide i ever seen which indicate that Chakra is a Sanskrit word that literally means wheel or cycle. In the context of spiritual disciplines such as yoga, the chakras are considered to be wheel-like energy centers that are not physically discernable but belong to the subtle spiritual body and connect it to the material one. t is a very good audiobook. I like this book because of some good features. These are content, sound quality and marketing effective feature. Wow i never seen this type of book before. Really this book was change my life. Awesome and unique writing in this book. I again thanks the author of this book to write this amazing book.I hope people will like this book. It is one of the best books for the yoga, Chakra yoga is the practice of using yoga postures and controlled breath, known as pranayama, to cleanse, balance, and open the chakras, or energy centers, of the body.
