This was a hidden gem, putting time pressure on your expectations and goals is integral to achieve above and beyond. This has the typical motivation framework like networking, time management, priorization, goal setting, vision framing but what's a bit more unique is the way it's broken out like a fitness program of measuring results and outcomes and reflecting and adjusting during high intensity interval training of your goals. A refreshing book.
