I love this session, no I'm obviously not ready to quit smoking, but when I'm trying it does help... I listen to it all the time for my anxiety, it helps me sleep better, and that really helps. . she says things like, there isn't any need to worry ... there isn't anything you can do right now, but sleep. . and I deserve to treat my body with respect. . somthing like that.. It stops my mind from wondering, instead I wonder: she might be right, about the respect thing, etc, but she is definately right about the sleeping. simple and general, but they really help me calm down and sleep, stopping the esclation of my symptoms.
