Before reading this book I honestly did not know how to say no. And by no means did I realize I can and should say no sometimes, when warranted. I am a people pleaser and probably respond to more of the review request than I want to. So this book is a great revelation for me. I have already started practicing. I need to work that muscle and learn to do it judiciously. Not an easy lesson for a people pleaser.
