It had been about a year since the events in New York with the Outcasts, and Victoria had been trying to live a normal life with the Survivors. But everything changed when they heard that the Reapers had robbed a bank. Victoria knew that she had to investigate, and she went over to the bank to see what she could find.
As she looked around, Victoria found a piece of a map. She had no idea what kind of map it was, but Bill knew that this was a way that the Reapers used to meet each other at secret locations.
