Centuries ago the Picture Rocks were painted by a tribe of Arizona Indians that since have vanished, leaving behind the powerful figures on the virtually inaccessible cliff walls.

Cherry Wilson (1893–1976) was born near Erie, Pennsylvania. A marquee author of Western Story Magazine, she wrote more than one hundred stories and more than five novels, and six of her stories were made into movies. She was also the scriptwriter for Hoofbeats, a radio serial.
Lloyd James has been narrating since 1996 and has recorded over six hundred books. He is a seven-time winner of the AudioFile Earphones Award and has twice been a finalist for the prestigious Audie Award.
