Fairytale retelling that sucks you in & leaves you begging for more. The magic of the manor works its charm. These 2 fall hard for each other despite their efforts not to. Their chemistry is too fierce. But…they both harbor secrets, & as we know, secrets always find a way to come to light. Jason Clarke as Nero Voss was the best pick. He’s exactly how I imagined Nero would be. Callie Dalton presented the chipper & carefree side of Cinder epically. This duet style narration was magical.

This series has been phenomenal on audio. I can’t even imagine reading it and not listening to it because I think it just adds so much to the story. I was a bit surprised that Jason Clarke was the narrator, he wasn't on my top list of who I think of when it comes to dark and twisty heroes, but now he absolutely is on that list! His performance as this obsessive stalker was so perfect! And I just loved Callie and the way she really showed all the sides of Cinder. She really brought her character

Audio review Jason and Callie duet nailed it they presented the characters and scenes on point. The story itself I did enjoy overall. I did feel it was a bit rushed and I did not agree with the way either character hid something. Nero and Cinder had a nice spice level and although opened up about some things, kept something very important secret. I did enjoy it and can't wait for Sid's story especially with how it ended
