About the author

Patrick Williams is founder of the Institute for Life Coach Training, the first-of-its-kind institute for training psychotherapists, psychologists, counselors, and helping professionals to build a successful coaching practice. He is coauthor of Therapist as Life Coach, Total Life Coaching, and Law and Ethics of Coaching.

Diane S. Menendez is a master certified coach and has coached leaders, teams, and organizations for more than twenty-five years. She specializes in executive coaching, leadership development, and culture change in large organizations.

Christina Delaine is a SOVAS Voice Arts Award and multiple AudioFile Earphones Award-winning narrator who has recorded over 100 audiobooks. She is also an Audie Award nominee.
