About this audiobook

She brought his boots and heart to a standstill...

When Grace returns home to Texas for her big sister’s wedding, she thinks she has all her bases covered. She’s even hired a Scottish actor to play the part of her non-existent boyfriend. But if he doesn’t arrive soon, she may as well confess all, move back to town, and give in to the dark side of the family oil business.

Fitzjames Payton has never suffered fools, no matter the century. But after meeting Grace, he's willing to suffer much at the hands of her outrageous family if it makes her happy. Will the wee Texan be enough to tempt a real sacrifice from him? Or will he never let go of his revenge?

Ghosts of Culloden Moor: Audiobooks: Source: Booksprout. The author has an interesting and immersing writing style complete with likeable characters, humor and romance, and old-fashioned honor and ethics. I enjoyed the well done narration by the two readers. The Scot is easy to understand. The young witch is the perfect character. Payton, #4 - I disliked this book. The location is Arlington, Texas and I could not tolerate the narrator's version of a Texan accent, or the actions of these so call

I loved this addition to the Ghost of Culloden Moor series. Payton is super loveable, the perfect hero for Grace. Grace's story is compelling. She's by far my favorite FMC in this series so far. While one narrator could do a very good southern accent, the other struggled but it didn't take away from the overall enjoyment of the audiobook. This is the fourth book in the The Ghosts of Culloden Moor Series, a Scottish Paranormal Romance. I loved Payton and Grace's story. I liked the humor, and the romance. The story is original, well written, and heartwarming. Andrew McDermott and Jenn McGuirk did a great job bringing this story to life. I enjoyed it. Looking forward to listening to Gareth, the next book in the series. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
