The moon hung high, casting eerie shadows across the silent town of Oakwood. A chilling breeze rustled the autumn leaves as a group of teenagers strolled home after a late-night movie. Among them was Sarah, a bold soul with a penchant for adventure.

"Hey, did you guys hear about those Phantom Clowns?" Sarah asked, breaking the silence.

"Phantom what?" Jake raised an eyebrow.

"They're these clowns, rumored to appear out of thin air, haunting the streets," Sarah explained with a smirk.

"Come on, Sarah, don't start with that spooky stuff," Emma said, tugging her scarf tighter around her neck.

"Looks like they're coming to town," Jake said, eyeing the unsettling images.

A shiver ran down Sarah's spine. "This can't be a coincidence."

The group continued their journey, unaware of the ominous atmosphere engulfing Oakwood.
