When two powerful rival families of the spacefaring merchant race called the Tizarin are to be joined through marriage, the U.S.S. Enterprise is chosen as the site for the wedding. Peter David is a prolific writer whose career, and continued popularity, spans more than twenty-five years. He has worked in every conceivable media—television, film, books (fiction, nonfiction, and audio), short stories, and comic books—and acquired followings in all of them.
John de Lancie brought Q to life in the very first episode of Star Trek: The Next Generation and has since appeared as Q in numerous episodes of Star Trek: The Next Generation, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, and Star Trek: Voyager®. In addition, he has starred on such series as Legend and Days of our Lives. He has also collaborated with author Peter David on Q's recent "autobiography", I, Q.
