To survive, Nyx strives to become the God of Gods, rising above all others, and she steps down the path to become an AI/human supercomputer. But the dangerous secrets, as well as her revenge, could consume her, and as she learns to control her sibling’s powers, the Protectorate, her family, and her life race towards a fiery end.

Angela Super earned two bachelors degrees from the University of Idaho in creative writing and theater. She has been an author since she was old enough to write. She is inspired by Ursula K. LeGuin’s The Dispossessed and her two feisty grandmas, and she devours sci-fi and fantasy in every medium. She is an active member of the Twitter writing community and also works with several amazing writing groups, frequently getting to read and critique wonderful unpublished work.
Amy Landon, Earphones Award–winning narrator, is a voice artist and classically trained actress with numerous film, television, and off-Broadway stage credits. Her voice can also be heard on many television and radio commercials. She has an easy facility with dialects, which she also coaches and teaches, and she is happy to find her lifelong obsession with books pairing up with her acting and vocal work. Her narration of Texts from Jane Eyre placed as a finalist for the Audie Award for Best Humor Narration in 2016.
