Dakota Krout is a programmer and web developer. Dakota decided to start writing books because he was interested in creating worlds that force the main characters to develop. In his stories, characters undergo serious moral dilemmas and become stronger through training and experience.

Luke Daniels has narrated over 250 audiobooks, has been the grateful recipient of thirteen AudioFile Earphones Awards, and has earned three Audie nominations.
