About this audiobook

This is a book with 3 different books in it, but the topics are all somehow related to each other. The titles relate to these topics:

Topic 1: What is Hygge? And how do you use it?

The answers to these questions are fairly simple, but they are complicated enough to write a short about it. That’s why this book will give you some answers as to making your home a cozier play, the Danish way, even if, or perhaps especially when the weather is cold and dark. In the last two chapters, we will briefly touch on what the Danish allow their kids to do when they have “free play” time, and how to create bath bombs yourself to have a comfortable hygge bath.

Topic 2: This book takes into consideration the many effects of the various essential oils that are available on the market today. It goes over some excellent utilizations of these oils for someone’s mental and physical health. For example, which essential oils help you sleep better? Which ones reduces anxiety? And which ones can elevate your mood?

Topic 3: Minimalism has become a popular topic, and not for nothing! Minimalism lies at the core of a life filled with more contentment and inner peace. Many people have attested to this fact, and it is for that reason why this guide has been put together to enlighten you about the many advantages that minimalism has.

Surprisingly good. That's what I feel. The narrator must have put in a ton of time on creating this book. This was definitely worth my time. Finally, a book that gave me what I expected. Another point: The storyteller seemed so good that I would certainly listen to it again. Perhaps even more than just once. I simply cannot recall everything that's being said in these books, so it would be worth reminding myself of what was being mentioned.

This audiobook blew my mind, both the information and the storyteller's production. This audiobook has lots of good content. I learned a lot simply by soaking all of it up. The information was terrific, especially if you already know a little about the subject. Actually, you might know nothing at all about it and still follow along effortlessly.
