About this audiobook

Toxic relationships exert a power over us like few things in life can, but that doesn’t mean you have to settle for them.

In fact, by simply deciding you want more from life, you can start to reclaim your worth and take action. Your partner is perfect, and everyone loves them, yet you live in fear of making mistakes that lead to another outburst at home. You spend countless nights replaying conversations in your head, trying to figure out where you messed up.

Other benefits include:

·        Gain clarity and insight into the dynamics of narcissistic abuse

·        Learn practical techniques to reclaim your sense of self-worth and agency

·        Discover effective coping mechanisms for managing triggers and emotional distress.

Stop living in a state of anxiety. The longer you allow your psyche to be manipulated and damaged, the harder it will be to move forward in life with grace, optimism, and confidence.

If you have your sights set on mental clarity and healthy relationships, this book will serve as the map to get you there.

Once you read this book, you will realize that Gaslighters are pretty much everywhere. They seem to share qualities with narcissists and possibly sociopaths. The author is very thorough and also gives insight into the causes as well as therapies/strategies that can be helpful, for the victims and for the Gaslighters themselves( provided they have the capacity to look at themselves). For me, the takeaway is “get the hell away as fast as possible.

This book was really amazing and helpful to me. I found myself wanting better for myself and my daughter this year and I decided to work from the inside out this time around. This book really put things into perspective and allowed me to see my life experiences for what they really were. The workbook at the end is so engaging and tremendously helpful as well. *There were a few small grammatical errors and repeat sentences but nothing unbearable at all. I still give the book five stars.*

First, things first, I am not going through this type of relationship romantically, but my family most definitely and this book from the very first page helped me to kind of understand, at least try to, a narcissists behaviors, because I didn’t understand there were so many ways of being a narcissist and it wasn’t just one thing. This book not only helps you jump into the mind of the person that’s hurting you, but it also and most importantly gives you the tools and advice.
