Bought this because I like Sara Pascoe as an entertainer and comedian in the same way I like other erudite performers. I like tale tellers. I also usually avoid audiobooks where the author does the reading as I've found it seldom works but for this book which I thoroughly enjoyed, Sara does a good if idiosyncratic narration which made it better. It evoked all the emotions: made me laugh (a lot); almost brought me to tears; made me angry and most importantly made me think. Recommended
