not much you haven't already heard. presented in a style i found annoying with many needless acronyms and other mnemonic devices that made simple points take pages to express. this book should have been a Twitter thread

Scott Mautz is a keynote speaker, bestselling author, and faculty member at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business for Executive Education. A former Procter & Gamble executive, he is the CEO and founder of Profound Performance.
Stephen R. Thorne is a professional actor and a member of the Trinity Repertory Company in Providence, Rhode Island. He has played Hamlet, Henry V, and Tom Joad, among many other roles. Stephen has narrated over fifty audiobooks.
