Award-winning author Archimede Fusillo was born in Melbourne to Italian immigrant parents. Since completing a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Psychology at the University of Melbourne, he has worked as a teacher, feature writer and author. He has won several awards, including the Alan Marshall Award, the Mary Grant Bruce Award for Children's Literature and the 2002 Family Therapy Award for Children's Literature.
Since graduating from the Victorian College of the Arts in 2002, Stephen has worked extensively with the Melbourne Theatre Company performing in Metamorphoses, Les Liaisons Dangereuses, Take Me Out and Boy Gets Girl. His television credits include Last Man Standing, Blue Heelers and Neighbours. Stephen also works as a commercial voice over artist.
