When I bought this audiobook, I was hoping for a non-critical look at Ambassador Kennedy's time as an ambassador. I thought it was going to be a great book until I got into the back story of Joseph's life. It appears the author is trying to highlight his shortcomings. It looks as though she wants to make him appear to be a terrible person. I had to stop listening to this book after that. Joseph Kennedy did some questionable things in his life, but the guy wasn't terrible.
