About this audiobook

This Audiobook is an audio rendering of the book, Six Lessons on Raja Yoga, published by Advaita Ashrama, A publication branch of Ramakrishna Math, Belur Math.

It comprises the notes of class talks given by Swami Vivekananda to an intimate audience in the home of Mrs. Sara C. Bull, a devoted American disciple, which were preserved by her and finally printed in 1913 for private circulation among those who wanted to be benefited by them.

Of these class talks, it may be said that they present the subject of practical spirituality in a very lucid and succinct form and offer many valuable hints and directions of Sadhana, especially of Raja Yoga.

The practical application of raja yoga conveyed by Swami Vivekananda and narrated here should be mindfully listened to and meditated upon to get firm on the path to self realization. Crystal clear and concise in delivery and invaluably rich in knowledge! Eternally grateful!!
