Ellis and Elise are installing security cameras around Camp Waterlogg as Andy and Lkie enjoy spooky stories by the guestâs of Ranger Joe and Lorieâs pre-Halloween party. Meanwhile, Sgt. Lefty and Olive Pitts meet the campâs new dog Sophie. .
Itâs Halloween when Mrs. Terrwilliger, Sgt. Lefty and Olive Pitts think the camp is haunted by the ghost of Pierre Terrwilliger(played by special guest star Fred Frees). It is really Ellis and Elise accidentally playing his last will video over the campâs new security system. Meanwhile, Andy and Lkie get spooky stories instead if candy for trick or treat.
Husband and wife team Joe Bev and Kellogg not only produce, direct and write the weekly comedy hour, except for guest star Fred Frees, they improvised all the characterâs voices, including four the radio cartoons: âWaking Nightmareâ, âThe Evil Goblinsâ, âThe Crashed Martianâ, and âThe Creature in the Atticâ by Pedro Pablo Sacristan.

Joe Bevilacqua, also known as Joe Bev, is a public radio producer and radio theater dramatist. However, his career has taken him into every aspect of show business, including stage, film, and television as a producer, director, writer, author, actor, journalist, documentarian, and even cartoonist. He is also a member of the Metropolitan Opera Company in New York City.
Lorie Kellogg is a busy graphic and voice-over artist as well as a skilled improv comedian. She studied painting, printmaking, and video and film at the Kansas City Art Institute and the California Institute of the Arts.
